Quepos Airport

The Quepos Airport (La Managua Airport) is known as being the domestic gateway for the Central Pacific Coastline from Manuel Antonio-Quepos, Dominical, Uvita to Ojochal, and accommodates domestic carriers as Nature Air, Sansa Airlines and Private Aircrafts.   Due to increased growth and high demand for the region, the Quepos Airport received in 2017 a $13 Million Investment by the Federal Government to renovate the existing airport into an airport suitable for 80 passenger aircraft, and with an international classification of OACI Category 2B (La Republica, 2018).
